Title: How to set custom images for my forum?

I want to replace this picture (http://cdn.smfboards.com/caf/images/topic/normal_post_sticky.gif) with this picture (http://pldh.net/media/pokexycons/134.png). However, I just can't, even though I use the style manager.
I'm using the Thanksgiving Theme, and I edited the Thanksgiving theme on purpose.
Maybe it's the URL not having "Thanksgiving" in it? It worked on the images under the Thanksgiving Theme (http://images.smfboards.com/caf/themes/thanksgiving/images/topic/normal_poll.gif) but not the ones under the normal images (http://cdn.smfboards.com/caf/images/topic/normal_post_sticky.gif).
Sorry if this is a bit confusing.

Certain images I have added spot to change out as of yet still working on them.

I have one question, how to you made your text clickable??
