How can I add Stars into my existing Smilies? I want to add a Full Star, Half Star and Empty Star so that I can use a 5 Star rating system for reviews of products, etc....

So you have to pay in order to add smilies? How much is it?

Click the "Forum Upgrades" link at the bottom of your forum.   The information is there.
