Title: Subject/Started by
Post by: Sir Rob (from Oz) on December 28, 2016, 06:51:27 am
In Admin is possible to default Subject/Started by to be Subject please? It is very convenient when I manually change it be in Subject order.

The thing is once I do something else after changing it, it does not stay lik that.

It would be very handy if it was like that automatically.

Thanks

You are looking to just change that word phrase?

Thanks for the reply

No not  to change the word phrase perse, more that is standard that all threads are posted alphabettically.

e.g

GAN 37-2016

GAN 38-2016

etc.

At present any threads that are posted are done by the person posting.

To have them show aplphabetically I have to click on 'Subject' to do so.

After I do that and go to another board on My forum and go back it  does not stay alphabetically.

If that makes sense!
Standard is

Subject (http://thenewretreat.createaforum.com/sir-rob%27s-creations/?sort=subject) / Started by (http://thenewretreat.createaforum.com/sir-rob%27s-creations/?sort=starter)

After changing it it looks like this

Subject (https://support.createaforum.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fcdn.smfboards.com%2Fcaf%2Fimages%2Fsort_up.gif&hash=9450d062682f570cec2236ba2f6c75dca12d7410) (http://thenewretreat.createaforum.com/sir-rob%27s-creations/?sort=subject;desc) / Started by (http://thenewretreat.createaforum.com/sir-rob%27s-creations/?sort=starter)

Is it possible to changed this in Admin anywhere? I have not seen so hence my asking.

I currently do not have a setting to set a default sort order on a board at the moment.
