Title: Newest posts at bottom

Hi I changed my newest post to the top and I want to change it back but I completely forgot where that option is...I looked and looked and still can't find it :( can someone tell me where it is asap

Admin -> Current Theme -> Member Options

Do both
Change current options for all members using this theme
And
Configure guest and new user options for this theme

Those are options that users can change in their profile.
