Title: Some Visitors cannot sign up at my Forum

This is what some of my Visitors see while they try to REGISTER at my Forum.

please what caused it? Because it's restricting them from signing up.

Their ip is listed on http://stopforumspam.com/

but i dont need their service at my forum. i can moderate my forum by myself.
