Title: Forum owners need your suggestion

My aim was to invest online and enjoy life like mark zurckerberg the facebook owner, I am now thinking of starting my own social network since I do not find good interaction from my forum. I worked hard to make people register on my forum but They do not post they do not play games they are not active members. May be once I build my social network they will love it. But I am not a programmer I do not know codding like mark zurckerberg

Need your advice where should I start.

You could start by having a topic(?). Sorry, I don't use Facebook, so I probably won't be much help...! You need something people like discussing, like video games, YouTube, budgies...maybe?

I googled "Social Media software" and got some results for a few decent sounding software. However you'll probably have to pay for some of them, though there may be free options out there... I did find this one though that is free. http://isvipi.org/ Hope this helps.

I don't know if you still need this or not, but Ning.com has had some great reviews over time.
