Title: How to move ALL topics ?

Can someone please tell me how to move ALL topics from one forum to another at once. Not just one at a time.

I think if you delete a board you have the option to move topics to another board.
Do a test first though

To do more in bulk try
Profile ->Look and Layout -> Quick moderation as checkboxes
