Title: Make Logs Uneditable

Hi, I would like to know wether its possible to make it so the Logs on the site CANNOT be edited or removed. In case an admin has wierd ideas.
And how do I do it exacly?
An idiot guide please lol
And I mean IMPOSSIBLE like NO ONE will be able to ENABLE the ability to disable it not even ME the creator of the site
