Title: New Member Welcome Message?

Hi,

I wanted to know if there was a way for when a new member registers on the forum, for an automatic message to be PMed to their inbox with a brief overview of the site? Thanks!

PS: I do NOT mean the welcome topic configuration! I don't want a topic to be posted everytime a member joins, just a private message to be sent to them?
