Title: unable to install a theme

hello
l had recently created a forum and l  was not able to install a new theme. l followed the steps provided and the option to install a new theme does not show up. Also, l had purchased a theme package from dzinerStudio.cpm to upgrade my theme.
Can l used dzinerStudio to install a new theme? Do l need to purchased the Downloads Pro package to enable the install theme option?

We do not SMF support themes.
Only styles created in our style editor.
