Title: Why is that most people creating forum from here are not using more than two ads

Why is that most people creating forum from here are not using more than two ads banners or is it google don't support three ads banners for them, please why?

Google has limits and we place ads on forum unless you have ad free or ultimate plan.

i know google has limit of three ads banners for publishers on their pages, but if am on ultimate PLAN and am having enough ads space can i use this three ads banners on this forum? please check my forum here is it well designed for adsense ready? http://worldplanet.createaforum.com/
