Title: weired guests in forums

As you see in the attachment when I post anything about 18 guests suddenly come and view the new topic then after it with about 15 minutes they are gone and they don't Come again only when I post something and it Ave noticed that some of them have the same in address so I thought they were bots but I want make sure here who are these

Real people or Bots?
