As the language pack is uploaded to the forum sorry for my English because I am from Spain

If you order the language pack it is then installed on the forum and then you have the option in the admin area in the left hand side will be a Languages link.

Not available charger package for mod and smf ?

Yes it is added to your forum in your admin area. Nothing to download.
