Create A Forum - Support Forums

The sounds in my chatroom are not working. I have contacted Ajax and they have informed me that it is probably something that has to do with a create a forum change. Also when anyone logs in, they get this error. TypeError: undefined is not a function. Does anyone know how to fix these issues?
