Title: Bought the 'ultimate' package and having issues

I am trying to add custom smileys but it is not working.  Is there a 'addon' i have to install to do so?

That should be included. What is happening? Are you getting an error message?

I am uploading a new image, but the image never shows up.  Is there anyway to bulk upload them?

What is your forum url? Currently it is uploading one smiley at a time.

I goto 'add smiley' select the file to upload, set code and name, and hit save.  the attached pic is what i see after.

I have spent the last 10 hours off and on searching these forums for answers, and trying everything I can think of.  If i dont get an answer soon, I will go back to my old free forum that actually worked.  You have a great product here, if it would actually worked.

Please give us time I only have one person myself that does support so will normally will take at least 24 to 72 hours to look into complex issues.

Fixed works now.
