Title: HELP!!!!!!!!!!! I accidentally deleted a topic

I accidentally deleted a topic poll and i need to recover it!!!! But how ? Its going to be a complete 3 hours to type the topic!!!! And I need It back right now

As far as i know, it's not possible to recover deleted post.
Unfortunately, i think you have to re-write it again.

Correct, Once deleted it is gone for good !!

Only way to help prevent that is to setup a recycle bin. Under Admin -> Boards -> Settings
