I own a tech forum TechFort (http://support.createaforum.com/techfort.createaforum.com) and my friend wasn't able to sign up because the captcha wouldn't work. Is there gonna be a fix or a way to disable captcha?

It doesn't appear? Or they can't read the letters?
-
For me it says the forum isn't even there.
EDIT: It does, but you've linked it wrong I think. Or Chrome is gay.
DOUBLE EDIT: I was able to signup on your forum.
TRIPLE EDIT: I assume it's his computer. I was able to signup. You can also create an account for him manually.
Admin CP -> and somewhere it's like "Register" or something, or "Create new user" or whatever.
It is not recommended to remove the captcha as that will allow bots to signup much easier.

Ive had the same problem on my forum. I tried to register someone the other day and I kept getting a message saying the letters were wrong. They are kinda hard to read to begin with and if you use the sound it is a static type voice that you can't understand. I attempted it for over an hour, changing the captcha over and over to get a better view, and still wasn't able to do it. Then when I used the sound, even on the letters I could hear, they were not the same as the ones in the captcha. I eventually moved over to Safari and it worked fine. I'm pretty sure it's a chrome issue, but unfortunately almost everyone uses chrome and I know I've lost members because of it :(
