Title: How to Secure my Forum?

Whats the best way to go about securing my Forum?  Integrating my forum into my Facebook page,  need to add a https: to finish this project.

The https part shouldn't be required. I have setup Facebook on my sites and not have https

My Facebook Page is already created, just trying integrate my forum as the first Tab on FB page.  I am buying a certificate but how do I install it?

There is no good way to install it right now...We would need to install but it is a complex process.
But you shouldn't need to buy one.

Its a new Requirement by Facebook.  If you add this possibility please let me know and the cost associated.

Give it a try with out an https link and see if works? It would be crazy if facebook requires each and every website setup a secure site/page that is expensive and not easy to setup.

I did that, all it renders is an "x".   Then they send you Https instructions but I don't have access to backend of site.   SSL's are cheap these days.


I accomplished this for a Job Board that i run and it tripled my traffic.  Here is a link so you can see how it looks, https://www.facebook.com/destinjobs (https://www.facebook.com/destinjobs)
