Title: How to Add Server-stored Avatars?

I hope I put this in the right category.


I recently started a forum on createaforum.com, and I've seen an option to "Allow users to select server-stored avatars" in the Permissions list. How do I add server-stored avatars? Do I need to upgrade my forum, or is it free?

At the moment you can not add to server stored avatars
