Title: Custom Pages

How do I create a custom page on my forum?  Not one that I can install, just one that I can create and add topics and EzBlocks and stuff.  NOT THE EZBLOCK HOMEPAGE.

You can can create custom pages in ezportal but I don't think you can add blocks to pages.
