Title: Name tags

Can we have a custom tag for example if im server owner then "Server Owner" "Scripter" "Mapper" please? i mean so admins can edit members tag

You could do this with member groups or with custom titles. (If you want only certain people to be able to edit custom titles, make sure to disable the permission for every member group that's not one that you want to be able to edit them.)
