all of our irish members cannot access our site after the latest rounds of down time
all they get is 'Please contact the forum owner.'
any urgent solutions?

we have been down again , 3rd time today what is going on with the serversupport
not only irish this time but all members,

What error message and what is your site url?
All forums are online right now.
If you get "'Please contact the forum owner.'" that means your ip is banned due to spam list. I can disable that system but need the forum url

forum url is as above and i am the owner,
it is not just myself affected but all members ?

yes we are back up and running now , but downtime is getting more frequent
is the a server problem ??

yes it is an unknown issue at this not sure the cause.
All I can do is try different setups and see if it helps or not.

Just have to keep waiting I made more changes but just have to see if it crashes again or not.

what is the score on the server
when it goes down I cant even contact the support forum as that goes down too
is it possible to give me an email address for contact ??

No one to contact at that time I am asleep.

is it down to your anti spam as you first thought ?
having our forum down for such long periods is not good m8 as you will prob hear from others too.

Not sure I keep trying fixes and see if it helps or not just have to wait and see if it crashes or not.

have you been trying more fixes over the last couple of days ??
we have been down again 3 times in the last 3 days , usually in the mid morning/early afternoon periods.

No I haven't. Only issue this morning was custom domain users dns server is down.

it is a custom domain we have, is there a fix for this or just a minor server glitch ?
