Title: topic reply configuration

When users reply to a topic, the starter thread itself is pushed down and the latest reply is the first thing you see when you view a topic. I want it to be like on this forum, where it's organized like the starter thread is first, followed by all the replies.

Profile>Modify Profile>Look and Layout> You have 'Show most recent posts at the top.' ticked.

Each member sets this in their own profile settings, it snot an overall Admin setting

Admin -> Layout Setttings -> Member Options
Reset default options
And
Reset Member options

Find and uncheck "Show most recent posts at the top."
