i want to add like  a picture under users profile picture seen it done! like admin label or mod label  stuff like that

You would have to go to member groups. Select the group you want to edit. Go to where you see starmod.gif or star.gif
Click the link right next to that that says "Filenames" or something like that. Then just look at the files, copy the file names that you want, (filename example: black_and_blue/admin.gif) and place them where you previously saw star.gif or starmod.gif
