Title: How to set custom domain name?

Hey, I want to make my forum have a custom domain name. I saw WholesaleChat make his forum have a custom domain, but I can't figure out how to set one on mine.
Can someone please tell me how I can do so?

If its paid, then that's too bad. I can't pay...

Also I'd like to add AJAX chat to my forum, but I don't know how.
