Our new members are not getting their confirmation emails. How do i fix this please?

What isp is their email provider?
And did they check their junk/bulk/spam folder

We have them checking junk mail folders and spam.
Do i need to ask them about their isp for email, or is there a way to see it?

Well it would be the domain for their email address the isp

lol duh ok...i get it ...internet service provider...not sure what i was thinking it was...blonde/gray moment. Thank you!!!!
