I cannot access my site. http://www.flashlightemporium.com (http://www.flashlightemporium.com)

I have also tried to access other sites on the same server and they are all down. Can this be looked into please ?

It appears to be something to do with the DNS and I can ping 184.171.171.98 and I can access the default website (without my domain name)

Thanks guys

*edit for intodns info*

This is a problem for all users with their own custom domains--CreateAForum is looking into this problem. ;)

DDOS attack stopping the server from resolving the domain name.

Don't PhoenixNAP have protection on their servers ?

Has been fixed looks like the issue affected custom domain users.

Checking to see what I can do to improve that system. Will be doing an upgrade on that.

Everyone, your website is being looked into. It helps if you have any trouble, so post here if you are.
Thanks

only issue at the moment is authorising a new member getting error message

Board structure corrupt: unable to find parent board

http://www.ultimate-dream.co/index.php?action=admin;area=viewmembers;sa=approve;type=approve

also very slow to connect to the site today

For the board structure if you are using welcome topic make sure you change the board under welcome topic settings.
It looks like you deleted the board that it used to post to.

Made some more speed improvements which should help all forums mainly for ezPortal

A couple of members are expressing issues at My forum. https://thenewretreat.createaforum.com/index.php

One member "said she rebooted and cleaned her comp and she got 1 posted but when she went to do another it froze then went white"

Her and another cannot post replies to existing threads

Is it allied to My other post regarding previewing I have to wonder.
