Title: How to make custom icons and how to delete a gallery?

For custom icons I mean like changing hot topic icons, very hot topic icons and others.

In Admin>Style Manager>Customize Images, you can replace the current images with new ones. ;)

You're welcome; as for the Gallery, you can manage them under Admin>Gallery Configuration.
