Title: SEO Description Not Showing in Google

So I have a meta description for SEO, and I re-submitted my site to Google. Google spiders have vidited my site recently, but the description of the site does not show under one of the search results for "raptor pack forums". What must I do to get a short description of my site under the search result of the homepage?

How do you resub a site to google I need to do that tbh

Google "submit site to Google" and one of Google's apps will come up. =)
