We have a shoutbox block built into ezPortal

To activate the shout box:


Admin -> (Under "Ezportal") Settings -> (Under "Shoutbox settings" Enable Shoutbox -> Then go on to Ezblocks (also under "Ezportal") -> Add a new block where you want it, select Shoutbox, add!
