Hi,

One of our members posted in our shoutbox saying that they were having a problem posting. This is what she said.

abbie: anybody ever have trouble posting?  We can't reply to anything...it's just a blank gray/box

I have absolutely no idea what this problem could be. Any thoughts?

See if you can get them to send a screenshot via email or pm.

This member never ended up doing this. Instead she just restored her computer and then the problem was fixed. But, another member is having an issue. This is what she says it is.

Oops! starlitnightfalls.createaforum.com seems to be having issues.

    Search the Web

What type of internet connection and browser used?

She said she uses firefox and a Wi-Fi Modem.

No idea what could be causing this, huh?

She's still having the same problem. But I'm trying to research it on the web and see if I can help her figure out why she can't post.

Can you guide me to at least a link that would show her how to do that?

It's weird that this suddenly happened to her since she's been an active poster since July.

Yeah it could be something on the computer or connection issue with the isp. Might try running antivirus such as malware bytes
