Hey,
 
I asked the question before and received no replies.
 
Why is that my forum http://thenewretreat.createaforum.com/index.php (http://thenewretreat.createaforum.com/index.php)  has only 2 choices in the Profiles Notifications area where another forum http://puretroubledesigns.createaforum.com/index.php (http://puretroubledesigns.createaforum.com/index.php) I belong to the profiles show 3 options.
 
The extra choice is to do with "Receive forum newsletters, announcements and important notifications by email.". This is a turn on turn off type option as are the other 2.
 
Why would this be?
 
Is this available as an upgrade?
 
I checked admin and was not able to find this anywhere.
 
Sure hope your admin is able to give me an answer and some help in rectifying this for me.

Well could be a setting I don't think I removed that feature with an upgrade.

But I do know I have a newsletter upgrade for mass email/pm

Thanks for the reply. How would I get that upgrade please? I send out newsletters to members and seems not everyone receives them.

Using createaforum.com and they don't receive them?

The newsletter upgrade can be bought from the Forum Upgrade link in the bottom of your forum.

Also it is also included in the ultimate plan which includes all the upgrades and unlimited ad free.
