Title: You guys doing Back Up Again, Forum is slow and takes forever to load

Last time this was going on you were doing a back up, is this what is going on? the forum wont completely load up and takes about a min to open, so what is up ?

Not doing anything at the moment just a lot of users and or spam bots on the sites.

I am going to work on seeing if I can make a couple more improvements today for it though for speed.
