Post by: Andrew on October 08, 2012, 07:06:12 pm
Twitter Topic Settings

When new topics are posted in specific boards, they will automatically post to your Twitter account after this is enabled.

The settings can be found by going to Administration Center > Twitter Topic Settings

Click the (https://support.createaforum.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.createaforum.com%2Fimages%2Flighter.png&hash=1c04b9438fa89e2382e437f5d6a432c5030abcbd) button

There will then be this page, where your Twitter username and password must be entered:

After the details are entered, you will be taken back to the Settings page of Twitter Topics.

Next is specifying the boards that you want to tweet about. When new topics are posted in these boards there will be a new tweet posted to the Twitter account you just authorized.

I am NEW to create a forum, and like its ease of use, so thank you for all you do! I am curious, if I allow things to be posted to FB, what exactly does it show, how does it post? Will it post entire post to peoples wall? Or just the subject line?
