I think you guys should really take advertisment serious. Because without that you'll have more than 60%dead forum by createaforum.com.
So i suggest that all forums by createaforum should come with a default advertisement board and also make guest to have acces to post there.

Why should it be made by default though, admins can just make their own advertisement board if they want one. Even if it was there by default, you can't force the admins to keep it there because they have the power to remove it anyways. Plus allowing guests to even post in advertisement boards on all forums would just create spam.

If you thought it could be deleted then why was general board put there.
About the spamming that won't happen if it is controled or even if a guest spam post you could report his/her forum.

It really would create a lot of problems. The general board is put there as an example of what your board will look like. With instructions on how to get to where you can change it.
If you want to advertise your forum, there are several topics around here that can help you with that. :)

As seldom said, it's there as an example board and as a starting board as well since a topic is automatically created to tell you about the service.
bout the spamming that won't happen if it is controled or even if a guest spam post you could report his/her forum.
It creates extra work for moderators and admins to moderate an extra board that they don't want. We actually have to report the IP address if a guest starts spamming and IP addresses constantly change so we could unintentionally block innocent people from using this service.
