Title: Quote Feature Issue~Please Help

Good morning.

The 'quote' feature isn't working for my members or global mod. It IS working for me as an admin. The feature IS working in PMs but not out on the boards. We have determined it is not a browser issue and I have scoured the permissions to see if something was un-checked there. I can not find anything.

Known issue but the fix is to enable quick reply.  Which is found under
Admin -> Layout Settings -> Reset Options

Then reset the default options and member options there is a quickreply setting
