You can enter html either in the board description or headers and footers under Manage Styles.

@xboi209
Sorry ...but i've changed my mind. I wanna learn how to put HTML and all that stuff, especially in headers & footers. Please can you teach me?
For example i went to the fb developers page, and after writing the address of my forum, i was given two codes, so what will i do with them?
How do they make the like button ?

Well they give you a javascript code which I think you'd need to put in your Headers and a html code to put in the html block.

There's lots of public tutorials online to learn about these, they can be easily found through Google. All the codes that are listed in the codes board are considered quite basic but they're easy to learn once you're familiar with them. You'll need lots of time to learn it though

It works perfectly fine for me. I suspect that you have an outdated web browser, you should try updating it or download a new one.
Chrome:                              http://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/
Firefox:                                http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
IE9(Windows Vista/7 only): http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/internet-explorer/downloads/ie-9/worldwide-languages

Does this mean that members with outdated browsers won't be able to like the page?

Correct, if  people are on outdated browsers then they can't experience the newer technology and experience that websites can give them. There's absolutely no reason not to use a modern web browser
