Title: Email Noticifications

Is there a way to set this Globally for all members as the default so that everyone will get email notices every time a thread has a new post? Or is it up to each member to set this in a Reply by ticking the box?

Under Admin -> Layout Settings -> Member Options -> Reset default member options
