No cname should be kygekteam.createaforum.com

So I should make a CNAME record with ns1.createaforum.com?

Have reset the url. You need to do a cname if you are using a subdomain.

I was trying to add a subdomain for my forum by adding a CNAME record with ns1.createaforum.com. Then I added my subdomain (forum.kygekteam.org) and clicked on VERIFY URL. It showed 1, so I clicked Update Forum URL. Then I can't connect to the link. My ISP by default redirects broken link to a site. Then I clicked on R (https://kygekteam.createaforum.com/index.php?action=adminpg;sa=changeurl;domain=default)eset Default Forum URL to original, but it doesn't work. I've also tried to delete my CNAME record, but still doesn't work. Now I'm basically stuck, I can't access my Admin page.

Can an admin help to reset my domain settings in the forum? Thanks for your help!
