Looking for someone to help build the site
« on: September 11, 2012, 10:38:20 pm »
Ok guys and gals. I don't know if I am posting this in the right place or not but I will go for it. I am looking for someone to help write code and put ads on our forum. We are not computer guys and have very little expirence in this. We want to focus on the content and ideas for the site and and not the design. We would be interested in profit sharing the money we make through advertising and merchandise. We just got our logo done and are fixing to make a huge marketing push. We have good content thus far with over 120 members in under 2 months. We also have a Facebook page as well as a YouTube channel that has videos with multiple views. We are very good at what we do and are very expierenced in what we do. I focus is to never loose site of who we are and the people who got us there. If you are interested in joining us, please pm me for details and so we can chat.
To create a forum, if this is posted in the wrong place, I am sorry and please move. I think you have done a great job at letting small time people like us share our passion with others and letting us connect with others. Keep up the great and strong work guys.

Hey there... We're here to help you, not here to do the work for you. Maybe try taking a look around the forum to see if you can find some tips that can help you get it up and going yourself? ;)

1) Make your banner larger in width
2) Get rid of the userbox
3) Make the board icons smaller
4) Get rid of the hit counter

Those are my suggestions
All codes I make are tested on the latest version of Google Chrome and upon request of other browsers.

Thanks exotic. I have got a lot of help from some of the members that I met on this forum. They are a great group and are A+ generous patient people. I really have no knowledge of building a forum and for them to help someone like me is really a stand up thing to do. The traffic was bought from one of create a forums recommendations. We are starting to make great contacts in the outdoor world now. One example is that the National Rifle Association found us on the web somehow and is now involved with us. They are a huge organization that fights for gun rights. I hope to keep going in that direction.
Xboi, thanks for the suggestions. I will try to get it done. I am a person that takes every suggestion serious and I am very appreciative for having it given to me. Thanks a bunch everyone.
