I made an forum but i hate one thing about this that guest can also view it, can it be posible that whenever someone visit my website then a login message will appear ? without login users can't view my forum, to view he need to register, can it be posible ?

Well if you don't make the boards viewable to guests, then they won't be able to see anything that is posted.

Just change the guests' permission to 0 so they'll have to register or login to view the forum.
