Youtube video not showing up in post

http://fifth-quarter.org/forum/index.php/topic,510.0.html     <------ I have used the new Youtube embed code the old code and pasting the url into the post and none of them are working for me.  I am using the latest version of Google Chrome if that helps.  Is there suppose to be a setting in the Admin to enable Youtube videos in the post or am I just missing something?

Ok ... it worked for me just now, but it's not working on that board I linked up above.  Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure:

Admin -> Posts and Topics -> Bulletin Board Code -> Automatically link posted URLs
