Hello,
 Is it possible to make a forum visible to members only? We would like to use this service for our company and employees/contractors. I will be moderating membership (we are very small), but I would like to have guest accounts be unable to view any topics or only specific topic (ex topic/ Thank you for your interest. To schedule an appointment call XXX-XXX-XXXX or email name@company.com).

You can do it with permissions on a board level.

I generally recommend though having one public board explaining otherwise your forum will look blank to guests.

No free users can do it too.

Admin -> Manage Boards when you create a board you can set the permissions on which membergroup can access it.
