When logged in as Admin, the advert banner fills the complete width of the page, but signed in as regular member it only fits over the board title bar and not over the recent topics block, as both pics below show. The first is signed in as Admin, and looks correct, the second is when logged in as a regular member, and don't fit properly

Yeah have portal blocks may squeeze a block so ad becomes smaller.
