Who Or What Is Changing The Attachment Settings In My Forum..???

This happens occasionally and is quite annoying.
It has happened sporadically over the last couple years.

Please read the attachment as I don't have time to re-type what I put into Facebook messenger that was rejected due to Create A Forum not accepting messages anymore.

It was just a bug. Each time you bought attachment space it would attempt to raise the limit to 5120. Have changed it so it shouldn't happen again.
