Where is the host control panel ?

Hello
I created a forum a few month ago and my friend and l decided to paid a host subscription]and we are trying to move the data from my current site located at createaforum.com to the new site. The support from the new host is requesting access to my remote hosting account from createaforum.com to successfully transfer all the data. 
Where l can find that information?

We do not have one as it is software as a service. The only software that we offer is what you have access to.

Thank you for the fast response.

 l have uploaded a screenshot from the technical support from the other site .
 Is there a way to save/load the data of all the members currently register in the forum ?

Does this mean that we don't have access to our database if we want to transfer to a different host? Does that mean we have to start completely fresh and lose all our posts???

We can sell a database backup but don't provide support for it. We do also have our own hosting service as well. Just keep in mind the feature set here is different than what you would find elsewhere.

$30 one time fee an .sql databasedump or if you are looking to move to our hosting service Free with a year contract.

Ok.... I'll let you know early next week. I still plan on using CreateAForum for a different forum with the ultimate plan. I assume we do this via PayPal?
