Where do you find a better forum theme?

Is it possible to make one yourself, If so, how? I eventually plan on making my own, but I don't know where to start. Sorry, I don't have much detail beside that. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes you can make one yourself. There are three stickied topics in the Styles board explaining the process
