Also would like to know how to make text smaller like this forum

There are a few options WYSIWYG editor under your profile which you can turn on or off.
Or use the SCEEditor options under Admin -> Post & Topics -> Post Settings

Where is the profile? Are you talking about like the user account

Yeah user account.
Or you can just all under admin -> current theme

Even with other test accounts I made, it was the same
And also dunno where current theme is in admin i think you are talking about style manager but i dont see anything there

The admin one should admin -> Layout Settings -> Member Options

There you can set global options on a theme level for all users or guests.

What do I change there

The WYSIWYG  setting on or off depending on what you have set

It says the WYSIWYG editor is unchecked and it says Don't change.
I also did remove but it did not do anything
