I have some questions about The Warning System...

1.) Is there any way for to allow certain usergroups or users to use the warning system if they are not Moderators. I would like certain people to be able to use the warning system but not have all of the power of a Moderator if its possible. If so that would really help me out.

2.) Is there a way for someone using the warning system to warn another user without having to visit their profile. I thought there is some kind of button under their name when they make a post that you can use to warn them instead. Does such a thing exist on these forums?
