uploading and downloading

hi can anyone tell me if you have to buy an add on for your forum wich lets you upload and download your files because im still not sure that i can put my files anywere it wont let me and its going to cost 30 pounds a year to add this download feature to my forum so has anyone had to do this or is there a way of doing this without buying an upgrade for your forum any help please thanks

You have 3 options:
1) Use a free third-party host and link to it
2) Buy more attachment space(250mb=$15, 500mb=$30, 1gb=$49)
3) Buy the Downloads Pro upgrade

Note: buying more attachment space or the Downloads Pro upgrade are only 1 time fees, not yearly
All codes I make are tested on the latest version of Google Chrome and upon request of other browsers.

how do i use a free third party host can you tell me were to find one please and then how do you link it is this easy to do and thanks for helping me much appreciated

hi ive downloaded the mediafire link im ready now i just need to know how you create a downloads section on your forum and then how to drop your files into it and then people can also download my game files by selecting the downloads section can you help me again please as this is my first time and i havent got a clue what im doing untill i get used to setting up a forum this is my first forum you see much appreciated for all your help so far thanks
